Follows the story of four people who in hopes of reaching their dreams, plan to leave the country.

Cold autumn of 1942. Second year of war. Former Molotov city, which was renamed after the war to Perm. The Leningrad Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after Kirov is evacuated here and in the process of tense preparations for the premiere of Gayane ballet. The world of a theatre in evacuation is mysterious, hungry and cold. Life, with all its wartime period tokens of the home front. Half-starved ballerinas, corps de ballet members, who turn into "Pink Ladies" on stage. Spectacles, performances in hospitals, defense factories and endless rehearsals. Final efforts to create Gayane coincide with the creation of the first tact of the 2nd symphony, often overlapping. In 8 hours Khachaturian writes the most performed creation. Artur is an Armenian guy who dreams about a career in filmmaking, but his grandfather wants him to take over the family wine business. When a bad review from an Estonian critic threatens to ruin the family business, Artur has to go to Tallinn to set things straight. There he meets the feisty Ingrid and things take an unexpected turn.

Lala has smoothly transformed her passion for interpreting daily tattle into a video blog. There's also another old-timer Ashot, who evades global changes and remains the same fabby good-laugh. Meanwhile, the new generation residents, namely Azat's granddaughter Arus and former chubby «violin nagger» nicknamed Dimedrol, have founded a start-up. A young man from China, named Chuan Lee, is renting Hrant's apartment. The latter is unknowingly involved in a clandestine scheme which has to do with smuggled gold. A Boston-based journalist-blogger Aram makes up his mind to visit Armenia on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in 2015 and to cover the organized events in his blog. In Armenia purely by accident he meets Anet, who lives in France and is one the regular readers of his blog, appearing under the nickname Vané. The beautiful story of love makes the heroes' ties with the native soil even more profound. The love of Aram and Anet comes to symbolize appeal of the blood. The film balances on the cusp of documentary and feature genres. It was shot in Scripted Reality genre and appears to be a "new dawn" in Armenian film-making industry in terms of style and presentation. AKA: Roots

Urartu was an early first millennium BC kingdom located in the Armenian highlands. Thanks to its animosity with Assyria, it had militaristic society and is thought to be the first kingdom to convert form bronze to iron weaponry leading Assyria to quickly follow suit. The kingdom is also know for an aqueduct, the Channel of Semiramis, a remarkable engineering feat for it's time. In modern times Urartu was unknown until the mid 1800s. Once again, the story is centered around the famous Argentinian-Armenian agent Henzel Brutents. This time he is invited to find the famous journalist who was kidnapped in mysterious circumstances. A new partner Lieutenant Anna Abrahamyan joins Henzel for this investigation. During the film, following the traces of the crime Henzel and Anna appear in many funny situations, and Henzel is forced to become various characters in order to uncover the truth. In a remote, isolated Yazidi Kurdish village in post-Soviet Armenia, Hamo, a widower with a pitiful pension and three worthless sons, travels daily to his wife's grave. There he meets the lovely Nina, who is communing with her late husband. The two are penniless--she works in a local bar that is about to close down, while he has been forced to start selling his meager possessions.
