خلاصه داستان

Popeye and Bluto are airplane pilots racing around the world. Bluto has a rocket-type plane and Popeye has a sad old prop model that has to be hand-started. Bluto indulges in some sabotage but Popeye thinks he can fix it with spinach cans.
