«کلاس» (Entre les murs) ساخته‌ی لوران کنته، تجربه‌ای سینمایی در دل یکی از چالش‌برانگیزترین محیط‌های آموزشی فرانسه است. این فیلم که با الهام از تجربه‌ی واقعی معلم و نویسنده‌ی خود، فرانسوا بگودو، ساخته شده، دوربین خود را به درون کلاس درس یک مدرسه‌ی معمولی در حومه‌ی پاریس می‌برد. کنته با وفاداری به سبک مستندگونه، روابط پرتنش، گفتگوهای پرشور و گاهی تلخ بین دانش‌آموزان با پیشینه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی متفاوت و معلمشان را به تصویر می‌کشد. فیلمنامه به جای خلق موقعیت‌های دراماتیک مصنوعی، بر لحظات واقعی و بداهه تکیه دارد و اجازه می‌دهد تا پیچیدگی‌های تعاملات انسانی و چالش‌های نظام آموزشی بدون قضاوت آشکار شوند. این رویکرد، فیلم را به اثری عمیقاً انسانی و قابل تأمل تبدیل کرده است.
