Tzvi Friedman

'Tzvi Friedman' (qv) is a writer and director. Born and raised in New York City. As a child, he was brought up in a strict religious home where almost all film was considered contraband. In the Fourth grade, he secretly watched "Star Wars A New Hope" and instantly fell in love with the moving image.Influenced by the works of Robert Bresson, Andrei Tarkovsky, and Francois Truffaut, Tzvi tries to live up to their vision of the film medium by creating stories that are complex, original, and transcendent.::H.F.
