Andrea Hickey

'Andrea Hickey' (qv) is an American Award-Winning Actress. She won the Best Actress Award the feature film, The Tiny House Movie, in the Sunny Side Up Film Festival. She also recently won the Best Actress Award for the short film "John Doe: A Western Tale" in the Wild Bunch Film Festival and won the Best Supporting Actress Award for the same role in the Tokyo Cowboys Film Festival. Andrea was awarded an acting scholarship for college where she gained many theatre and training credits. Andrea's stage experience is extensive. She won the Best Actress Award and was nominated for the prestigious Irene Ryan Award for her role as Patty in the original work "A Writer's Block" by playwright, Stephen Hancock. She was also chosen to compete in the Shakespearean competition at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) where she played the much coveted role Portia in "The Merchant in Venice" and won! Andrea trains at top acting schools and studios, and trains privately with renowned coach, Margie Haber. She is a Career Member for Women in Film in Los Angeles.::Matthew John
