Bella Abzug

A popular labor, civil rights, and feminist activist, Abzug became the first Jewish woman elected to the U.S. Congress in 1970. She was a 1947 graduate of Columbia Law School and the counsel for several of Sen. Josephy McCarthy's targets in the 1950s.::Rogers Cadenhead <rogers@prefect.com>
