Joel Soisson

After attending New York's Pratt Institute (fine art/animation), The University of Southern California (film studies) and The American Film Institute (cinematography), 'Joel Soisson' (qv) found initial work in Hollywood as a screenwriter and storyboard artist. He went on to pen over two dozen features, including _Hollow Man II (2006)_ (qv) for Screen Gems, _Dracula 2000 (2000)_ (qv) for Dimension Films, _Blue Tiger (1994)_ (qv) for First Look Pictures and two installments of the "Highlander" franchise.Soisson has directed eight feature films, among them _God's Army IV: Die Offenbarung (2005)_ (qv), _Buffalo Rider (2015)_ (qv) and _Girl Missing (2015)_ (qv).Soisson was one of several filmmakers profiled in the Bravo hit reality series _Project Greenlight (2001)_ (qv) which documented their making of the horror comedy _Feast (2005)_ (qv) from screenplay to theatrical release.Soisson's numerous producing credits include the seminal teen comedy _Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989)_ (qv) with 'Keanu Reeves' (qv), cult fave _The Prophecy (1995)_ (qv) with 'Christopher Walken' (qv), _Infinity (1996)_ (qv) starring 'Matthew Broderick' (qv) and 'Patricia Arquette' (qv), and the feature documentary _Trekkies (1997)_ (qv).He is married to 'Claudia Templeton' (qv) and divides his time between Los Angeles and Bainbridge Island, Washington.::Mark Bradley
