James Sobol Kelly

'James Sobol Kelly' (qv) is an American actor known for _The Conductor (2018)_ (qv), _Borg vs. McEnroe (2017)_ (qv), _Adventures of a Mathematician (2020)_ (qv), _Florence Foster Jenkins (2016)_ (qv), _The Two Faces of January (2014)_ (qv), and _The Crown (2016)_ (qv). Born in Chicago to Rosemary Kelly, an artist and homemaker from the city's South Side, and John Zlatan Sobol, a barber who emigrated from Croatia to the U.S., Kelly is the sixth in a family of seven children. He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic grammar school and began acting when he was accidentally cast as Lucky in a production of Samuel Beckett's play Waiting for Godot. His first movie role was Oscar Isaac's FBI puppet master in _The Two Faces of January (2014)_ (qv). In addition to his screen work, he has appeared in over 200 stage productions in the U.S., UK and Europe. He lives in London.::Augustina Seymour
