Cute, charming, and spunky blonde 'Susan Sennett' (qv) was born on February 29, 1952 in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended a charm school on Ventura Boulevard. Sennett was a member of the arts group, Visual Girls, for two years, worked at the teenage fair, and later studied acting with 'Stella Adler' (qv). Susan gave a strong and touching performance as sweet and fragile teen innocent, "Candy", in the brutal and controversial exploitation thriller, _The Candy Snatchers (1973)_ (qv), and contributed a spirited portrayal as 'Angie Dickinson' (qv)'s shameless daughter, "Billy Jean", in the fun and sexy Depression-era action cult favorite, _Big Bad Mama (1974)_ (qv). She had a recurring role as perky college student "Susie Hamilton", in the short-lived sitcom, _Ozzie's Girls (1973)_ (qv). Moreover, Sennett made guest appearances on episodes of such TV shows as _The Rookies (1972)_ (qv), _Love, American Style (1969)_ (qv), _Room 222 (1969)_ (qv) and _Lucas Tanner (1974)_ (qv). Susan voluntarily quit acting in the mid-1970's, because she wasn't comfortable doing racy material (she reportedly walked out of the audition for the pilot for the risqué sitcom, _Three's Company (1976)_ (qv)). She married noted musician, 'Graham Nash' (qv), of 'Crosby Stills & Nash' (qv) fame, on May 4, 1977 and has had three children with Nash, who include writer/actor/director 'Jackson Nash' (qv). Sennett now builds and designs houses and does work with the Children's Storybook Theatre of Hawaii.::woodyanders
