Sheikh Shahnawaz

'Sheikh Shahnawaz' (qv) is a British-Bangladeshi film director, screenwriter & producer born on 26 January, 1995 in Birmingham, England.At 15 years old, Sheikh began making short films for his school projects using the school's video equipment. While studying Media Production at Coventry University, Sheikh wrote and directed short films _Friend Request (2015)_ (qv) and _Stalker (2016)_ (qv).Sheikh would then go on to release a short film every month on YouTube for the whole of 2018. These short films include _Sleepless (2018)_ (qv), _Blackmail (2018)_ (qv), _Witness (2018)_ (qv), _Duality (2018)_ (qv), _Gamer (2018)_ (qv), _The Woods (2018)_ (qv), _The Initiation (2018)_ (qv), _Reversal (2018)_ (qv) and _Trick (2018)_ (qv)._Bluff (2022)_ (qv) is the feature directorial debut by 'Sheikh Shahnawaz' (qv). Produced on a budget of $2000, Sheikh achieved this by shooting completely guerilla as a one-man crew and filming in his hometown over the course of a year with local actors, some of who had featured in his earlier short films.::'Sheikh Shahnawaz' (qv)
