Eugene B. Rhee

Eugene Rhee is an Asian American producer, writer & director. He produced the Hulu Original Film "Into the Dark: Flesh & Blood" with Blumhouse Productions, which premiered to rave reviews in November 2018 as the second feature film in Hulu's "Into the Dark" anthology of horror films. Eugene also co-executive produced "Despite Everything," the most watched Spanish Original Netflix Film of 2019. He was a creative consultant on "Fast Five," the fifth film in Universal Pictures "Fast & Furious" film franchise. He has also directed and supervised visual effects for videos and shorts that have screened in numerous film festivals including Sundance. Eugene received his masters degree from the U.S.C. School of Cinematic Arts where he received the Cinema Circulus Scholarship Award, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a former IFP Emerging Narratives Fellow, a Universal Writers Program and Page international 'Awards' (qv) finalist, and Shore Scripts Grand Prize winner.
