Simon Reade

'Simon Reade' (qv) is the screenwriter and producer of RC Sherriff's Journey's End (Lionsgate/BFI, director Saul Dibb) and Michael Morpurgo's Private Peaceful (starring Jack O'Connell and George MacKay). He also directed the comedy drama documentary What You Will (Soda Pictures). He is currently working with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost's production company Stolen Picture developing multi-part television dramas.He has wide experience as a producer, writer and director working in film, theatre and TV. He was Literary Manager at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Drama Development Executive at Tiger Aspect Productions, a script editor at BBC TV and Artistic Director of Bristol Old Vic.::Berlin Associates
