John Stockwell

'John Stockwell' (qv) is an American actor, director, producer and writer who is probably best known - as an actor - for his roles in the 'Tom Cruise' (qv) vehicles _Losin' It (1983)_ (qv) and _Top Gun (1986)_ (qv), and the 'Stephen King' (qv) - 'John Carpenter' (qv) film _Christine (1983)_ (qv).John has since moved from acting into the director's chair.
