Roberto Benabib

'Roberto Benabib' (qv) was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He attended NYU film school and began his career as 'Jonathan Demme' (qv)'s assistant. He has produced and written numerous television series including _Ally McBeal (1997)_ (qv) _Weeds (2005)_ (qv) and _The Brink (2015)_ (qv) as well as writing and directing the Miramax film _Little City (1997)_ (qv). He also adapted the libretto for 'Baz Luhrmann' (qv)'s Broadway production of "La Boheme."::Andy Botwin
