'Sandip Ssingh' (qv) is a well-acknowledged film producer with a creative bend of mind. He has been credited as a creative director in several films in the world of Hindi cinema. The man has served the business for18 years now and continues to do so with gusto.Sandip's career began with the turn of the new millennium in year 2001 with the prestigious Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd, popularly known as the Times of India Group. He was an entertainment journalist who wrote columns and articles for Bombay Times and Navbharat Times in his tenure. When the group started its radio channel, Radio Mirchi, he was appointed to be a leading show producer with the station. He went on to serve the company as the Entertainment Head of Radio Mirchi. Next: he joined Radio City in 2005 as its Entertainment Head and launched several shows and capsules like Musical-e-Azam, (the first ever live performance show by legendary singers like Sonu Nigam, Udit Narayan and Jagjit Singh), Sham-E-Ghazal and Life ki Dhun with Sonu Nigam. He also served Big FM as its National Entertainment Head in 2007. Sandip produced his first independent show, Dancing Queen in 2008 for Colors (the channel launched by Viacom and Studio 18) with SOL Entertainment.In 2011, Sandip joined Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bhansali Productions as its CEO where he co-produced films like Rowdy Rathore (2012), Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi (2012), Ram Leela (2013), Mary Kom (2014) and Saraswatichandra (a Television Series on Star Plus in 2013).In 2015, he plunged into film production independently with the critically acclaimed Aligarh starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao. Under his production banner, Legend Global Studios, he produced Sarbjit (2016) starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda, and Sanjay Dutt's comeback film Bhoomi (2017). His most recent film as a producer is PM Narendra Modi (2019), the first biopic made on a political leader who is still in office.::Deepak Sahu
