Mercer Barrows

'Mercer Barrows' (qv) is a soap opera producer who has been affiliated with ABC soaps since 1979, when he worked as a set decorator on the soap _General Hospital (1963)_ (qv). He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor of arts in drama/theatre arts and stagecraft.
