Olwen May

'Olwen May' (qv) is an English actress and theatre director, known for _Happy Valley (2014)_ (qv), _Whoops! (2013)_ (qv), and _Inspector George Gently (2007)_ (qv). She played D.C. Joyce Malone in _Coronation Street (1960)_ (qv) during the investigation of Frank Foster's alleged rape of Carla Connor. She has also directed several plays.
