Writer/director 'Richard Martini' (qv) worked as an assistant to 'Robert Towne' (qv) after USC Film School. His short "Special Olympian 1979" won the Grand Prize/Mexico City International Film Fest 1980. He wrote "My Champion", followed by _Three for the Road (1987)_ (qv). He wrote and directed _You Can't Hurry Love (1988)_ (qv) and _Limit Up (1989)_ (qv). He scored and directed _The Point of Betrayal (1995)_ (qv) and wrote music for, co-wrote and directed _Cannes Man (1997)_ (qv). He wrote _My Faraway Bride (2006)_ (qv), made documentaries in Morocco (_White City Windy City (2007)_ (qv), India (_Tibetan Refugee (2004)_ (qv)) and Tibet (_Journey Into Tibet (2008)_ (qv)). He created a previsualization process for visualizing a film in preproduction for _Amelia (2009)_ (qv) and _Salt (2010)_ (qv), where he worked as an Associate to director 'Phillip Noyce' (qv).
