Bernard Mariano

Born in Hong Kong of Filipino descent, Mariano was picked for the role of Sadiq Hossein in _Bloodsport (1988)_ (qv) after being spotted working out in a gym in Wan Chai. At the time, he needed the money to pay for his university fees.
