Arsalan Amiri

'Arsalan Amiri' (qv) was born in Kurdistan province of Iran. He took educational film making courses at the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, in the city of Sanandaj (1995). Then he obtained his BA in Film Directing from Tehran Art University and his MA in Dramatic Literature from the University of Tehran. He started his filming career by directing, producing, and editing documentary films. For years, as a screenwriter and editor, he worked for some TV Movies for Iranian TV such as _The Story of Davood and the Dove (2011)_ (qv) produced by 'Kianoush Ayari' (qv). At the first movie experience as a Co-Screenwriter and editor of _Nahid (2015)_ (qv) directed by 'Ida Panahandeh' (qv). He nominated for best screenplay in Fajr film festival (2015). Nahid was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival where it won a special prize (Prix DE l'Avenir). _Villa Dwellers (2017)_ (qv) directed by 'Munir Gheidi' (qv) was the second movie as a screenwriter, he nominated for best screenplay in Fajr film festival (2017). His third movie as co-screenwriter is _Israfil (2017)_ (qv) directed by '''Ida Panahandeh' (qv)'' that screened in BFI London Film Festival (2017). later on, He worked again with 'Ida Panahandeh' (qv) as a co-screenwriter and editor of _The Nikaidos' Fall (2019)_ (qv) which filmed in Japan and will release in January (2019).::Unknown
