Téa Leoni

Elizabeth Téa Pantaleoni was born on February 25, 1966 in New York City. Her father, Anthony Pantaleoni, was a corporate lawyer, and her mother, Emily Ann (Patterson), worked as a dietitian and nutritionist. She is of Italian (from a paternal great-great-grandfather), Polish, English, Irish, Scottish, and German descent. Téa attended but did not complete studies at Sarah Lawrence College. She started out in acting as Lisa DiNapoli in _Santa Barbara (1984)_ (qv) in 1989 and followed up with small roles in _Switch (1991)_ (qv) and _A League of Their Own (1992)_ (qv).In 1992 she starred in the short-lived sitcom _Flying Blind (1992)_ (qv). In 1994 she appeared in _Wyatt Earp (1994)_ (qv) opposite 'Kevin Costner' (qv) and _The Counterfeit Contessa (1994)_ (qv) opposite 'D.W. Moffett' (qv). In 1995 she starred opposite 'Will Smith' (qv) and 'Martin Lawrence' (qv) in the popular film _Bad Boys (1995)_ (qv). She also had a guest appearance on _Frasier (1993)_ (qv) that same year.She appeared in many successful films after that, such as _Flirting with Disaster (1996)_ (qv), _Deep Impact (1998)_ (qv), _The Family Man (2000)_ (qv), _Spanglish (2004)_ (qv), _You Kill Me (2007)_ (qv) and most recently, she starred in the film _Ghost Town (2008)_ (qv) opposite 'Greg Kinnear' (qv).Tea was married to television commercial producer Neil Joseph Tardio Jr. from 1991 to 1995.
