Lance Larson

Lance Larson is an award winning Director, Writer, Producer & Editor represented by Heroes and Villains Entertainment/Management. Lance is a quarter-finalist for the 2023 Academy Nicholl Fellowships for his script, Horn Bird. In 2022 Lance directed and co-wrote the feature film, Deadland, which was an official selection and World Premiere at SXSW 2023. Since 1998 Lance has directed numerous short films (Crosswalk, Bloom, Cuckold Picasso & Velcro), commercials and music videos for Fox Sports, Play Creative, Synthetic Pictures, Stone Core Films. Giant Pictures and FM Rocks. In 2012 Lance was a finalist in Ridley Scott's 'Shooters' contest. Lance also works with FOX Entertainment as a producer and promo editor launching TV shows since 2013. Former places of employment include promo director/editor at Play Creative from 2009-2013, Promo and Trailer editor at Universal Pictures from 2005-2009 and worked as a trailer editor for Blockbuster Entertainment/DEJ Productions from 1998-2005. Lance has a Bachelors Degree in Radio, Television and Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
