'E. Katherine Kerr' (qv) was an actress, teacher, author, and director. In addition to her many screen roles, her Broadway credits included the ground-breaking, Pulitzer Prize-winning "No Place to Be Somebody", written and directed by 'Charles Gordone' (qv); _Night Watch (1973)_ (qv) by 'Lucille Fletcher' (qv), directed by 'Fred Coe' (qv); "Mert & Phil" directed by 'Joseph Papp' (qv); and "Passion" by 'Peter Nichols' (qv).Her off-Broadway credits include _The Trojan Women (1971)_ (qv) by 'Euripides' (qv), translated by 'Edith Hamilton' (qv), directed by 'Michael Cacoyannis' (qv); "Cloud 9" by 'Caryl Churchill' (qv), directed by 'Tommy Tune' (qv); "Laughing Wild" written by 'Christopher Durang' (qv) for Kerr and himself; and _Love Letters (1999)_ (qv) by 'A.R. Gurney' (qv). Other credits as an actor include the national tour of "The Gingerbread Lady", starring 'Maureen Stapleton' (qv).As an author, her works include the plays "Intelejunt Dezyne" ("The God Play") and "Juno's Swans", and the highly esteemed, life-changing "The Four Principles: A Guide for Living From Authentic Acting".
