Annie Jones

'Annie Jones' (qv) is an Australian actress who was born in Adelaide, South Australia. Jones before changing her name for acting and modeling was known as Annika Jancso. Jones is best known for her roles on _The Henderson Kids (1985)_ (qv), _Sons and Daughters (1982)_ (qv), _Jackaroo (1990)_ (qv), _Snowy (1993)_ (qv), _Newlyweds (1993)_ (qv). Jones would become a household name with her character of "Plain Jane" in long running Australian TV soap _Neighbours (1985)_ (qv) where she would reprise the role of Jane in the 2018 season of Neighbours after leaving the series in 1989. Jones would later make appearances in _Secret Bridesmaids' Business (2019)_ (qv), _The InBESTigators (2019)_ (qv) and also appeared in season 1 and 2 of Australian award winning drama _Wentworth (2013)_ (qv).Jones would receive two Logie wins one for Most Popular Actress in Neighbours in 1989 and in 1991 for Most Popular Actress in a mini-series.Jones is married to 'Paul Moloney' (qv).::PhaseItIn
