Brought up in Paris, London, Barcelona, and a fishing village on the Mediterranean, actress-now producer U.S.-born 'Danielle James' (qv)' speaking four languages by the age of twelve allowed her to take to the stage on a number of coasts at an early age. She graduated early with her B.A. magna cum laude in Paris where she produced and performed leading roles in plays that helped revive English-speaking theater in the City of Light.
