Vince Howard

'Vince Howard' (qv) is probably best-known for his role as Pete Butler on the television series _Mr. Novak (1963)_ (qv), with fellow "Man Trap" guest star Jeanne Bal and Bill Zuckert, and as Officer 'Vince Howard' (qv) on _Notruf California (1972)_ (qv), with Kevin Tighe and Randy Mantoopth. He was also a regular on _Barnaby Jones (1973)_ (qv) during the show's first season (1973), playing Lieutenant Joe Tayler. He has also made guest appearances in a number of other television shows, including _Get Smart (1965)_ (qv), _The Time Tunnel (1966)_ (qv), _I Dream of Jeannie (1965)_ (qv), _Bewitched (1964)_ (qv), _Mission: Impossible (1966)_ (qv), _The Bold Ones: The New Doctors (1969)_ (qv), _Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974)_ (qv), _The Rockford Files (1974)_ (qv), _McCloud (1970)_ (qv), _Fantasy Island (1977)_ (qv), _Quincy M.E. (1976)_ (qv), and _Murder, She Wrote (1984)_ (qv). He made his film debut in the comedy _The Reluctant Astronaut (1967)_ (qv), in which he had an uncredited role. He followed this with an appearance in _I Love You, Alice B. Toklas! (1968)_ (qv), in which he played a patrolman. Howard's film credits since then have included _The Barefoot Executive (1971)_ (qv), _The Man (1972)_ (qv), _Trouble Man (1972)_ (qv), _Moving Violations (1985)_ (qv), and _Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)_ (qv). He has also appeared in several made-for-TV movies, including _Company of Killers (1970)_ (qv), _Quarantined (1970)_ (qv), _The Hunted Lady (1977)_ (qv), _Love Is Not Enough (1978)_ (qv), _Better Late Than Never (1979)_ (qv), _CBS Schoolbreak Special: Welcome Home, Jellybean (1984)_ (qv), and _Never Forget (1991)_ (qv).
