Natasha Bassett

'Natasha Bassett' (qv) was born in Sydney, New South Wales. She went on her first audition at 14, landed the lead role in the Australian Theatre for Young People's production of "Romeo and Juliet", and has never looked back, moving on to study, write, and perform at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. This led to Natasha performing under the artistic direction of 'Cate Blanchett' (qv) in Sydney Theatre Company's stage production of "Bookends".Natasha landed the lead in the MTV film, _Dungoona (2009)_ (qv), and appeared on several Australian television series (_Rake (2010)_ (qv), _Wild Boys (2011)_ (qv), _Cops LAC (2010)_ (qv)), while attending classes. After graduating high school, she appeared in 'P.J. Hogan' (qv)'s film, _Mental (2012)_ (qv), alongside 'Toni Collette' (qv) and 'Liev Schreiber' (qv), and traveled to Paris to play the lead in the feature, _The Last Goodbye (2013)_ (qv).At 19, she was awarded a screenwriting scholarship from the ArtStart Screenwriters Program, where she wrote and directed her short film, _Kite (2013)_ (qv). The acclaimed short was featured in the Rhode Island International Film Festival, Balinale International Film Festival, and the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.Natasha moved to New York City, studied at the Atlantic Acting School, and relocated to Los Angeles for the NBC series, _Camp (2013)_ (qv). She can next be seen, alongside 'Olivia Cooke' (qv) and 'Mary Steenburgen' (qv), in the indie drama, _Katie Says Goodbye (2016)_ (qv), and as 50s-era starlet Gloria DeLamour in 'Joel Coen' (qv) and 'Ethan Coen' (qv)'s _Hail, Caesar!
