Joram Lürsen

'Joram Lürsen' (qv) (Amstelveen, Augustus 11th 1963) is a Dutch Film and Television director. He graduated from the Netherlands Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam in 1990 with his film, _De finales (1990)_ (qv) (aks "The Finals"). _De finales (1990)_ (qv) won a Mention DE Qualite at the Cesars, (the French Oscars). Lürsen directed several TV series for Dutch television: _All stars: De serie (1999)_ (qv), _Vuurzee (2005)_ (qv), _Baantjer (1995)_ (qv), _Flodder (1993)_ (qv) en 'Jules Unlimited': Also, he directed the films _Mijn franse tante Gazeuse (1996)_ (qv) (aka "My French Aunte Gazeuze") en _In Orange (2004)_ (qv) (aka "In Orange"). The family film, _In Orange (2004)_ (qv) (In Orange), received a Golden Film Award for reaching 100.000 visitors and won international awards at film festivals in Hamburg, Esfahan, Kristiansand, Pozna, Rimouski and Los Angeles. His most recent project, the romantic comedy, _Love Is All (2007)_ (qv) (English title: All is Love), received, within nine weeks, a Diamond Film for welcoming 1.000.000 visitors.
