A longtime student of acting, David grew up on and around the stages of New York City. He is a graduate of NYC's High School of Performing Arts. He studied extensively after high school, with his prime mentor, Anthony Abeson. He also attended H.B. Studios, where he had the pleasure of studying with such teachers (and actors) as 'Herbert Berghof' (qv), 'Carol Rosenfeld' (qv), 'William Hickey' (qv) and 'Uta Hagen' (qv).As an actor, David performed on and off-Broadway. Most notable was his critically-acclaimed portrayal of "Rodolpho" in the Tony Award-winning production of 'Arthur Miller' (qv)'s "A View From The Bridge". He has performed at Lincoln Center, The 'John Houseman' (qv) Theater, Playwright Horizons and many other venues in NYC. He is a company member at South Coast Reperetory Theater in Orange County, California.He has appeared in several feature films, working with Academy Award-winning directors 'Oliver Stone' (qv) in _Nixon (1995)_ (qv), and 'Anthony Minghella' (qv) in _Mr. Wonderful (1993)_ (qv). As well as other feature films, like _One Good Cop (1991)_ (qv), _Mr. Wonderful (1993)_ (qv), _S.F.W. (1994)_ (qv), _Mutiny (1999)_ (qv), _Dead Presidents (1995)_ (qv), _Lawn Dogs (1997)_ (qv), _Cops and Robbersons (1994)_ (qv), _Why Do Fools Fall in Love (1998)_ (qv), _Soldier Boyz (1997)_ (qv) and more... He has been a regular on three network series... Fox's _21 Jump Street (1987)_ (qv), NBC's _Dream Street (1989)_ (qv) and NBC's _The Client (1995)_ (qv), as well as many guest star appearances, and lead roles in movies of the week, and miniseries. Most recently in 2008, he completed a episode of ABC's new show, _Eli Stone (2008)_ (qv).::webmaster
