Victor Eli Hugo

'Victor Eli Hugo' (qv) was born as Victor Hugo Palacios, on February 7, 1983, in Managua, Nicaragua, to Ana (Tijerino) and Daniel Palacios, both military. Just a year after Victor was born his family moved to California eventually settling down in southern Louisiana. After graduating from Riverdale High School, he began training as a pro wrestler. He spent some time in a WWE developmental school (OVW) where he went undefeated in singles and tag team competition. After his wrestling days were over he moved back to Louisiana to pursue acting full time.::Victory'News' (qv)
