Chris Osborn

'Chris Osborn' (qv) is an actor, writer, director in Los Angeles, CA. Hailing from Texas, (El Paso then Austin), he is best known for his role as 'Rain Cloud' in the church ensemble play "Rain Clouds" in which he dawned a black trash bag covered in cotton balls.
