Robert Edeson

A noted stage actor at the turn of the 20th century, 'Robert Edeson' (qv) began his film career working with 'Cecil B. DeMille' (qv) on _The Call of the North (1914)_ (qv), then moved on to Vitagraph where he remained for the rest of the teens. In the 1920s he returned to work for De Mille, playing the man-of-the-world type roles.
