Austin Ku

'Austin Ku' (qv) is an American actor of Asian descent, based in New York City. He trained extensively in theater and music, and has given award-winning performances on stage in plays and musicals. He now performs on both stage and screen.'Austin Ku' (qv) is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri. At a young age, he began studying classical music (violin, piano, and singing). In college he studied classical voice (opera performance) at Rice University's Shepherd School of Music, as well as Chinese Language, History & Culture (he is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese). Participation in many campus & local theater productions led Austin to then obtain a graduate degree in theater/musical theater at The Boston Conservatory (now The Boston Conservatory at Berklee). Austin also earned a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law (and briefly practiced entertainment law) before moving to New York City, where he is now performing full-time on stage and screen.::Austin-Ku.com official website
