Larry Duran

American bit player and stuntman. A former boxer and U.S. Navy veteran, Duran was befriended by 'Marlon Brando' (qv), who obtained a small part for him in _Viva Zapata! (1952)_ (qv). He continued to work, first in Brando's films, then in other projects, often in athletic parts or as a stunt performer. He also worked frequently in television.
