Faisal Mohammed

'Faisal Mohammed' (qv) is an English actor of Ghanaian origin arriving late into the profession after various other careers. Kick boxing world champion at 21, Faisal then moved into professional boxing where he was unbeaten in 12 fights in the heavyweight division. Following an enforced early retirement Faisal moved into personal training, only recently deciding to throw his hat in the ring as an actor. Having dabbled with the profession in 'Job' (qv) Street (2005) and Deadbeat (2007), his casting in this year's blockbuster, The Legend of Tarzan (2016), showcases Faisal's physical presence and is the first step in a full-time career.::Hamida Dasent
