'Gene Gallerano' (qv) is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, actor and producer.Gene most recently produced the new TV series Edge of the Unknown with Jimmy Chin with Academy Award winners Jimmy Chin and Chai Vasarhelyi (Free Solo, Meru, The Rescue) for National Geographic and Disney+.Gene was a Co-Producer on the Emmy Award-winning film The First Wave, a documentary directed by Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Matthew Heineman (Cartel Land, Tiger) for Nat Geo, Participant and Neon that will be released Fall 2021.
