Irina Demick

Brunette French actress of Russian or Polish ancestry. A former model, she got her big break in films courtesy of an affair with the notorious womanizing mogul Darryl F. Zanuck, who cast her as a member of the French Resistance in _The Longest Day (1962)_ (qv). She played seven roles of diverse ethnicity in _Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines or How I Flew from London to Paris in 25 hours 11 minutes (1965)_ (qv), but thereafter pretty much faded from the scene.::Angelo Bellino
