Leela Savasta

'Leela Savasta' (qv) was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. She is also a dual citizen with the United States.Savasta stars in the Showcase original drama series _Cra$h & Burn (2009)_ (qv). Additionally, she played recurring roles in NBC's award winning drama _Battlestar Galactica (2004)_ (qv) and in 'Chris Haddock' (qv) crime drama series _Intelligence (2005)_ (qv). Leela has earned Guest Starring credits for her work on "CSI Miami", _Supernatural (2005)_ (qv), _Eureka (2006)_ (qv) and Stargate: Atlantis. Playing alongside 'Reese Witherspoon' (qv) and 'Chris Pine' (qv), Leela shines in the romantic comedy "This Means War", directed by 'McG' (qv) and scheduled for 2011 theatrical release.After Leela's acting debut on the hit series _Smallville (2001)_ (qv), she booked her first leading role on the Showtime mini-series _Masters of Horror (2005)_ (qv).
