Gia Mora

'Gia Mora' (qv) is a performer, writer, and producer working at the intersection of science and entertainment. She recently shot the lead in a feature film directed by Cannes-award winner 'Shahab Hosseini' (qv), and she co-hosts "_Many Worlds TV_ (qv)" with 'Taryn O'Neill' (qv) and 'Tamara Krinsky' (qv), the Screen Sirens for Science. She's also a series regular (and sometimes composer/vocalist) on the podcast "Build for Tomorrow." Her critically acclaimed original musical comedy "Einstein's Girl" explores love in the digital age through the lens of theoretical physics and has played to sold out houses on both coasts.Her writing spans an eclectic array of topics and is often set to a killer dance beat. "MOMs," a comedy pilot written with the Scirens, was a semi-finalist in the 2018 NY Television Festival Scripts Contest. In 2019, her comedy short "_Anchors Away (2019)_ (qv)" screened at the Hollywood Reel Independent and Lift-Off Film Festivals. She's also written music for film and for Minnesota Public Radio.
