John Burr

'John Burr' (qv) is an award-winning writer-director whose work has been recognized by the Academy 'Awards' (qv) Nicholl Fellowships and the Ryan Murphy HALF program. His acclaimed feature directorial debut MUSE, based on an Irish legend, was awarded Best Feature Film, Best Screenplay and Audience Choice during its decorated international festival run. John is half African-American and half Irish-American. He holds a master's degree from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.::Anonymous
