Charles Hittinger

Charles William Hittinger is an American actor. He is known for playing Sean Ackard in the television drama series _Pretty Little Liars (2010)_ (qv) (2010-11), Van Dyke Tosh in the television series _Jonas (2009)_ (qv), and as Matt, the son of 'Ian Ziering' (qv)'s character, in the 2013 Syfy television movie _Sharknado (2013)_ (qv). He was born on February 12, 1983 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Around the age of 21, Charles began his acting career in 2004. His made his television debut in 2005 on the crime series _Cold Case (2003)_ (qv). He went on to appear in two different incarnations of CSI including _CSI: Miami (2002)_ (qv) in 2005, and _CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000)_ (qv) during 2008. He also appeared in 2007, in an episode of the crime drama _Without a Trace (2002)_ (qv). Charles also appeared in several major television series including in 2008 in episodes of _Numb3rs (2005)_ (qv) and _ER (1994)_ (qv), the 2008 reboot of _90210 (2008)_ (qv) and _Grey's Anatomy (2005)_ (qv). In 2009, he landed a role for a single season on _Jonas (2009)_ (qv). The following year in 2010, Charles joined the cast of _Pretty Little Liars (2010)_ (qv) for two seasons. In 2012, he landed a role in the comedic sequel to the American Pie series _American Reunion (2012)_ (qv). In 2013, Charles appeared in Syfy's _Sharknado (2013)_ (qv) as the son of the movie's hero 'Ian Ziering' (qv).
