An Award-winning Czech director, screenwriter, and producer 'Eva Dolezalova' (qv) (born May 5th, 1991), signed to Ridley Scott's Creative Group Worldwide. Dolezalova speaks English, French, Czech, Italian, and Spanish.At the age of 10, Dolezalova began her career in Czech films and theatrical productions as an actor and co-writer of plays. At 18, she moved to London to study RADA. At that time, Eva worked on films with directors such as Shane Black or Mike Figgis with whom she co-wrote and camera-cooperated film Kudelksi.After completing her studies, Eva moved to Paris where she began to find her own artistic voice, realized her dream for filmmaking and started pursuing her writing and directing skills.Dolezalova moved to Los Angeles in 2016, where she quickly completed her first short film, Sound of Sun, starring Sean Penn and Suki Waterhouse. The film met with critical acclaim within the industry. Dolezalova's films have screened at the Paris Centre Pompidou, premiered on Mubi, Nowness, Dazed, The Criterion Channel, Amazon and have been recognized with several film awards including the Breakout Director's Award at Hollywood Film Festival (2020), the Audience Award at Mammoth Film Festival (2019) for Carte Blanche, Best Director at ISA for Maestro or Best Genre Short Film at Mammoth Film Festival for her latest critically acclaimed project Serpentine that premiered at Tribeca Film Festival (2022) which she made with Bulgari as the Official Partner, starring Barbara Palvin in her first leading role.Centre Pompidou Foundation in Paris screened Dolezalova's Transformational Trilogy: Sound of Sun, Somnio, and Samice for which she was awarded by 7000 Art Company.Dolezalova was named in Forbes' prestigious 30 Under 30 feature in (2021).Furthermore, Dolezalova is an ambassador of White Ribbon Campaign, a global movement working to end violence against women and children.::alainfilm92@gmail.com
