Taylor Cora

Taylor Cora stars as Winter, Roman's wildly enthusiastic and outgoing best friend, in the upcoming series "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place," a continuation of the Emmy® Award-winning "Wizards of Waverly Place." Cora is a 15-year-old Afro-Latina American performer and a nominee for the Imagen Awards in the Best Actor category. Hailing from the Inland Empire area, she began her journey in the entertainment industry at the age of five by walking in runway fashion shows. Inspired by her early experiences, she expressed interest in pursuing acting professionally. Within her first year of acting, she landed her debut commercial with My Little Pony and continued to secure commercials with major brands including Walmart, McDonald's, Sprint, Groupon and IHOP. In 2022, Cora took her next steps into the television industry by playing two different characters in two episodes of the true crime docuseries "American Gangster: Trap Queens." Her role on "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place" is a career milestone as it is her first series regular credit and she is thrilled to mark the occasion by bringing the self-confident and bubbly Winter to life for audiences. Cora is multi-talented, with a love of acting, writing scripts, directing, music and art. She has a passion for singing and music, with her favorite artist being Michael Jackson. In her free time, Cora also enjoys drawing portraits, skating, and watching classic sitcoms. Cora is from the Inland Empire, specifically Moreno Valley, California.
