Kathy Chelimsky

'Kathy Chelimsky' (qv) and her brother Tom Chelimsky were American children who each appeared in childhood with 'Audrey Hepburn' (qv) in a 'Stanley Donen' (qv) film in the 1960's.(Tom was in "Charade", 1963.)
