Nancy McKeon

'Nancy McKeon' (qv) was born in Westbury, New York, on Monday, April 4th, 1966, to Don & Barbara McKeon, began modeling baby clothes for the Sears & Roebuck catalog at the age of two and she and her brother did over sixty-five commercials in seven years. When her brother, 'Philip McKeon' (qv), won a role on the TV series, _Alice (1976)_ (qv), the family then moved to Los Angeles.Her first real acting break came when she did the short-lived TV series, _Stone (1979)_ (qv), and occasionally guested on _Starsky and Hutch (1975)_ (qv). The producers of _The Facts of Life (1979)_ (qv) were so impressed by Nancy's personality & acting performances as the street-wise girl in a pilot called "Dusty", they decided to sign her & add her, as a new character to play "Jo" on "The Facts of Life". Nancy has starred in the television movies, _High School U.S.A. (1983)_ (qv), _Poison Ivy (1985)_ (qv), _This Child Is Mine (1985)_ (qv) and _Firefighter (1986)_ (qv).
