Trent Duncan

An American award-winning Independent Filmmaker, Trent was born in Casselberry, Florida just outside Orlando. As a young child with his dad's VHS camcorder, Trent began capturing videos of family and friends at the early age of 6. Later he received a degree in Film Production Technology from Valencia College in 2002 before enlisting in the United States Navy.During his time in the service, Trent tried out for the Navy SEALs before being stationed with a Mobile Security Squadron. His Unit deployed to the Middle East and Europe three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Trent completed numerous high-profile security missions to over two dozen countries on three separate continents as part of a prestige Navy RAVEN security team. His military journeys led Trent to produce several films and documentaries, which can be seen on the Discovery and Military Channel.After separating from the military, Trent moved to Hollywood, California. There he worked in the entertainment industry, producing and directing several short films, web-series, and music videos. After moving back home to Orlando, Trent continued to produce films, began operating his own video production company, and created the Online Film School Boot Camp, which teaches the fundamentals of filmmaking to young aspiring filmmakers.Trent's filmmaking ability enables him to create videos and content that appeal to a variety of audiences around the globe. He is most widely known for his epic horror fan film battles, pinning Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface and Michael Myers against each other.::Thomas Harrow
