Andre Lillis

'Andre Lillis' (qv) was born in London, England, to Irish parents. He is best known for _The Da Vinci Code (2006)_ (qv) _Oscar and Lucinda (1997)_ (qv) and _Day of the Sirens (2002)_ (qv) After university, he travelled widely; living, working and performing in the USA, India and Australia, as well as many points in between. A latecomer to acting, he made his stage debut as Petruchio in a touring production of The Taming of the Shrew, in Australia. His film debut opposite Cate Blanchett and Ralph Fiennes was in _Oscar and Lucinda (1997)_ (qv) In 1997 he returned to live in London, conveniently for a cricket fan, close to Lord's Cricket Ground, and divides his time between London and rural Ireland.
