Tony Briggs

'Tony Briggs' (qv) is an Australian actor, writer, producer and theatre/stage performer. Briggs is best known for his roles on _Ocean Girl (1994)_ (qv), _The Circuit (2007)_ (qv), he also appeared in season 2 of award winning Australian drama _Wentworth (2013)_ (qv) as Steve Faulkner, as well as appearing in _Cleverman (2016)_ (qv) and made more more appearances on many other television shows.Briggs also created the stage play _The Sapphires (2012)_ (qv) which would also be adapted into film in 2012 which would receive three award wins one at the AACTA awards and two from the Australian writers guild.Briggs' passion for theatre cultivated in performing in the Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland companies respectively.::PhaseItIn
