Lynelle Paulick

بیوگرافی

This is lynelle paulick. She also goes by lynelle polaczek purely because it is the Eastern European family name, sounds exotic, and is fun to pronounce. She is a stage and film actress and grew up in the theatre playing everything from fairies in Shakespeare to a 70-year-old man in a First Peoples-penned theatrical production at the Perseverance Theatre in Juneau, Alaska. Having moved away from Los Angeles at an early age, to grow up in 60s/70s Santa Cruz, California, figuring a film career was over, paulick instead made a life out of sports and academia. (Purely as background information, that included attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, in analytic philosophy, then finishing the next 30 years in endurance multisport [Ironman distance specialist], marathon and cross-country racing [USATF], and another 6 concentrated years of open roughwater swim racing). In 2016-17, she hosted a radio show called Writer's Almanac West at UCSB, got a chapter published in a book about Public Libraries, and worked as an editor for an academic publisher. paulick is based out of Los Angeles (local hire) and works in film and TV. As of 2021, that work includes 13 independent films and shorts, as well as a small amount of background work in larger projects such as The Call of the Wild, Earthquake Country, and Ojai. paulick has studied with the Groundlings, Howard Fine Studios, and Joseph Pearlman, as well as the wonderful Amy Lyndon and others -- she utilizes every acting method possible in order to find that elusive, personal "non-method," always running from the fear that if a film does not make it onto the screen, it was solely because of her own bad acting (hahaha).::'Lynelle Paulick' (qv)
