Kranthi Kumar

'Kranthi Kumar' (qv) was an Indian film, producer, director and screenwriter. He won two Filmfare 'Awards' (qv) and four Nandi 'Awards' (qv). In 1985, he directed Sravanthi, which won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu that year. In 1991, he directed Seetharamayya Gari Manavaralu, which was premiered in the Indian panorama section, at the 1991 International Film Festival of India. In 2001 he directed 9 Nelalu, premiered retrospective at the Toronto International Film Festival.
